Xiamen has been regularly having tea fair twice a year, due to the region they are in, also known as Fujian. Why Fujian?
Fujian is a province on the southeast coast of China. With an average area of 63% forest accompanied with subtropical climate and mountainous terrain, it is an ideal place to grow tea leaves. They also house 363 varieties of tea plants, making them the majority in China.
Some of the famous teas in Fujian are Fuding white tea, Oolongs from Wu Yi Mountain like Da Hong Pao, Rou Gui.
The tea fair boast an exhibition area of 75,000㎡ with 3800 Booths. There are 4 sections in the space, namely,
- Overseas tea, tea wares from countries like Japan, Taiwan, Korea etc,
- Local tea
- Local tea wares
- Packagings for tea

How to get there?
Stay at Nikko Hotel, with just walking distance to the event space, it is the nearest hotel.

Supposing you do not choose to stay at Nikko Hotel, transport methods such as taking the Taxi is affordable too.
There will be security check implemented, item such as lighters are not allowed.
